1DOES GO! NUTRITION OFFER ITS SNACK BOXES INTERNATIONALLY?
GO! Nutrition is happy to ship its Snack Boxes anywhere in the world. Your order will be shipped, and your account will be billed for the cost of the Snack Box plus shipping after it is handed off to the shipper. Make sure to provide all relevant information and any special instructions to ensure that your Snack Box is received.
2WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SNACK BOX?
If you order a single Snack Box, it is shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you order a Snack Box Subscription the first Snack Box will be shipped within one calendar week and all following Snack Boxes will be shipped during the first week of the next calendar month.
3WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SNACK BOX?
If you order a Single Snack Box it includes 20 different healthy snacks. If you order a Snack Box Subscription, each Snack Box will include 20 snacks different from those in the previous month. We may include the same brands and type of snacks from month-to-month, but they will be different varieties. The images on our website of the snacks we offer is non-exhaustive, and the snacks you receive may not be pictured.
4HOW DO I CONTACT GO! NUTRITION?
Our office hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday through Saturday. Our offices are closed on Sunday. You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
5CAN I GIFT GO! NUTRITION SNACK BOXES?
Of course! You can easily gift GO! Nutrition Snack Boxes by providing the shipping address and letting us know in the special instructions section that it is a gift. Don’t forget to tell us what you want written on the note we enclose in the box.
6I'M A VENDOR. HOW CAN I GET OUR PRODUCT INCLUDED IN GO! NUTRITION’S SNACK BOXES?
Please email us at email@example.com along with information about your product. One of our associates will get back to you within a few days.
7RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
When we ship your final Monthly Subscription Snack Box we will email you a reminder to renew your subscription. Just email us back at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you want to continue your subscription. We will send an email confirming your continued subscription and charge the card you provided for the initial Snack Box Subscription. Remember to change any shipping information to ensure you receive your renewed Snack Box Subscription. If you need to change your billing information, email your phone number to email@example.com and we will contact you. If you want to cancel your Snack Box Subscription, you may do so at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your Snack Box Subscription immediately. If we have already prepared your Subscription Snack Box for that month, we will ship that final Subscription Snack Box and refund the balance of your subscription on a pro-rated basis.
8HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Simply email us at email@example.com with the new address. Because we ship Single Snack Boxes out within 1 to 2 business days, the address you provide in your order will be the address we ship to. For Snack Box Subscriptions, email your new address to firstname.lastname@example.org before the end of one calendar week from the date you ordered, and we will ship to that address. If you change your shipping address during your subscription period, email your new address to email@example.com within the first week of the calendar month we ship your next Subscription Snack Box. If you do not provide us timely notice of your new shipping address it may delay your receipt of your Subscription Snack Box.
9WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX OR AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If any item in your box is opened, damaged, or cannot be used, please take a pictures of the item and the box and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 hours.
